Working on a CSS Template

Searching the web I found a good site named "The CSS Zen Garden" about people making good looking web CSS templates for a single and simple .html page and submitting their works. They look amazing! they are graphic designers working on the part that web developers can't do well. I'll try to make my own template, but first I have to understand very well what can you do with CSS. If I finish it and I like it, I'll submit it here.
